Keenan Allen (hamstring) missed his third consecutive practice and has officially been ruled out for Week 5 against the Browns. (Mary Kay Cabot on Twitter)

Allen has been sidelined since Week 1. In his absence, Mike Williams, Joshua Palmer, and Gerald Everett will continue to lead the Chargers' receiving corps.
