Bailey Zappe falters in relief of Mac Jones

Bailey Zappe completed 14 of 22 passes for 185 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions against the Bears in Week 7. He started the game on the bench, replaced the woeful Mac Jones in the second quarter, and showed some early signs of life before he, too, struggled down the stretch.
Fantasy Impact:
Bill Belichick now has less than six days to decide whether Jones or Zappe will start in Week 8. Regardless of his decision, both players will rank outside of the top-24 quarterback range against the Jets next Sunday.
