Fantasy Impact:
Williams spoke to a reporter and he himself relayed that he expects to be out there on Sunday Night Football. Williams' return is great news for QB Justin Herbert and the Chargers offense as a whole. He should slot back in as a WR2 right away, even if he plays partially limited snaps.
