Fantasy Impact:
Dicker had been elevated from the practice squad before each of the Chargers' previous three games, so they had to sign him to the active roster if they intended to continue to use him. With Dustin Hopkins now on IR, Dicker should be the Chargers' kicker for the bulk of the remainder of the fantasy season, at least, and should be considered a starter going forward.
