Kyle Pitts (knee) undergoes knee surgery

Falcons' TE Kyle Pitts underwent knee surgery on Tuesday and was officially ruled out for the remainder of the 2022 season. (Ari Meirov on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Pitts will now have ample time to return at full health for OTAs in 2023. His sophomore season ends on the lowest of down notes, with just a 28-356-2 receiving line. Pitts should be hoping for a QB change in 2023, which could very well happen depending on how Atlanta closes out this season. It is hard to advocate for Pitts as a strong hold in fantasy dynasty leagues, but he is still just 22 years old and a former top-five draft pick. The fantasy tight end landscape is desolate enough that he will deserve another chance next season.
