Fantasy Impact:
Cooper was a new addition to Cleveland's injury report, being listed with a hip injury. The presumption is that it isn't serious, but it was enough to leave him limited at practice. At this rate, he looks likely to have an injury designation of some kind going into Sunday's game against the Bengals.
