Cooks has missed multiple consecutive weeks due to a calf injury, but he will be well enough to make his return in Week 16. The team also recently placed Nico Collins (foot) on season-ending IR, so it will be up to the veteran and Chris Moore to lead the receiving group on this team against a tough Titans' defense.
