Fantasy Impact:
Palmer was on the field for 84% of the Bills' offensive snaps in Week 18, but he managed just one catch on three targets for one yard. If Palmer does play, he seems highly unlikely to make much of an impact. The veteran WR finished the regular season with only 22 receptions over 12 games.
