Elijah Mitchell (knee) has officially been activated from the 49ers' IR for their game against the Cardinals on Sunday. (Aaron Wilson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Mitchell hasn't played since Week 12 due to a knee injury that landed him on the team' injured reserve. He is now getting better and will be well enough to play on Sunday's game. He will be the backup behind Christian McCaffrey, but he could see a decent amount of work if the Niners pull ahead early against Arizona.
