Fantasy Impact:
The plan is for Dobbs to back up starter Deshaun Watson. Dobbs filled in admirably for a struggling Tennessee team in 2022, and now comes into a good spot in Cleveland to a roster built to win now. He won’t have much fantasy value aside from stepping in due to injury, but the possibility is there.
