Jeff Driskel signs with Cardinals

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, veteran QB Jeff Driskel signed a one-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

With the uncertainty surrounding the date of QB Kyler Murray's return from injury, the Cardinals add another veteran signal-caller to compete for the job in his absence. Driskel, who has played five seasons with Cincinnati, Detroit, Denver and Houston, will compete with Colt McCoy and former Lions teammate David Blough.
