Fantasy Impact:
Stroud was the second overall pick in the NFL Draft and is viewed by most as the front runner to open the season as the starting quarterback in Houston. Stroud should carry moderate fantasy value in his rookie season and is currently the QB26 in draft ECR, according to FantasyPros.
