It’s always good to hear of a young player improving and growing their skill sets. The problem in Tolbert’s case is that he is the Cowboys fourth wide receiver. Behind the likes of CeeDee Lamb, Michael Gallup, and Brandon Cooks, there’s not much receiving volume left for Tolbert.
