Carter is managing a minor knee injury of some kind that left him limited during Las Vegas' practice on Wednesday. It's not a serious issue, but it's enough for the team to be cautious with their usage of him. He's set to play a depth role for the Raiders this year, and he won't see the field enough to be fantasy relevant unless there's a couple of injuries in the Raiders' receiving core.
