Rashaad Penny expected to be active for Week 2

Fantasy Impact:
Penny was a healthy scratch in Week 1 but is now slated to be active with Kenneth Gainwell (ribs) ruled out. Gainwell operated as the Eagles' running back last week, so it's fair to wonder if Penny could lead the backfield in carries, rather than D'Andre Swift. Boston Scott is also in the mix. For now, Swift and Penny should be viewed as low-end RB3 options and should only be started if you're in a pinch. Try to find better running backs with clearer workloads.
