Despite a tough loss to the Seahawks, Jahmyr Gibbs, the 21-year-old running back for the Detroit Lions, put up a gritty performance in Week 2.
Fantasy Impact:
Gibbs carried the ball 7 times for a modest 17 yards, but his real impact came in the passing game where he hauled in 7 of his 9 targets for 39 yards. While he didn't find the end zone, his dual-threat ability was on full display, making him a valuable asset in PPR leagues. Gibbs is showing promise as a versatile back in the Lions' offense.
