Thomas broke his hand sometime during Sunday's loss to the Colts. It will require surgery to repair, and he will likely have to miss significant time while recovering from it. This Texans' defense already struggles to get a stop or come up with a big play, and this will force them to reach even further down the depth chart for however long Thomas is out.
