Fantasy Impact:
Montgomery's reported status earlier this week was "day-to-day", so his absence from Wednesday's practice is not very surprising. However, the Lions have also signed RB Zonovan Knight to the active roster and Devine Ozigbo to their practice squad. Montgomery's prospects for Week 3 definitely seem in doubt.
