Fantasy Impact:
A shoulder injury left Stroud limited at practice on Wednesday. He was considered questionable going into Week 2 for the same reason, but it isn't too serious of an issue and he was able to play through it. His availability for Week 3 doesn't seem to be in question at all, but it'd still be ideal to see him get back to full practices before the end of the week.
