Toney was upgraded to a limited participant on Friday after not practicing all week because of a toe injury. He's now listed as questionable to play, and it's unclear if he's trending one way or the other. If he's unable to play, fantasy managers can look for Skyy Moore and Justyn Ross to both get more work against a sub-par Bears' defense in Week 3.
