Fantasy Impact:
A concussion left Scott out for Philadelphia's game in Week 3. He was able to practice without limitations on Wednesday, however, and he seems to be heavily trending towards playing on Sunday. His return could possibly lead to Rashaad Penny possibly being a healthy scratch again, like he was in Week 1 when all the other RB's were healthy in this backfield.
