Fantasy Impact:
Hamilton was added to the injury report for a back issue of some kind and did not practice on Wednesday. The team hasn't given us any indication on whether or not it's a serious issue, and his participation at practice later in the week will likely determine if he can play in Week 4. He was dominant last week and had three sacks against the Colts, so the Ravens' defense will definitely be weaker if he's off of the field.
