Fantasy Impact:
Watson is a new addition to the injury report, being listed with a shoulder injury of some kind that left him limited. It doesn't seem to be a serious issue, and the team is likely just trying to be cautious with the bumps and bruises he has. He should play in Week 4 and is a fringe QB1 option in a decent matchup against the Ravens.
