Despite initial reports, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero has clarified that Taylor Decker (ankle) is expected to be active for Week 4 versus the Green Bay Packers. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

Decker's presence will be key in protecting the Detroit backfield and Jared Goff's blindside. For fantasy purposes, Goff, David Montgomery, and Jahmyr Gibbs are all viable starters at quarterback and running back, respectively.
