Fantasy Impact:
Williams was initially handed a six-game suspension by the NFL for his violation of their gambling policy, but his suspension was reduced and he has now been reinstated by the league. He can return to practice this week, which will be a huge boost to a Detroit offense that lacks a true number two receiver or downfield threat. It's unclear if he will be limited when he's back, and fantasy managers should keep him on the bench for a week or two at least to gauge his involvement before throwing him into the starting lineup.
