Cooper returned to practice Thursday after missing Wednesday’s session. It appears yesterday may have just been a normal Wednesday rest day for the veteran wide receiver. Fantasy managers should expect Cooper to play Sunday and likely fall in flex territory with Joe Flacco expected to start.
