Jonathan Taylor officially ruled out for Week 13

Colts RB Jonathan Taylor has officially been ruled out for a Week 13 matchup with the Titans. (Kevin Bowen on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The news that Taylor will not play is not a surprise considering the star running back had surgery on his thumb this week. There is currently no timetable for his return, but the team has not placed Taylor on IR. Zack Moss will lead the Colts’ backfield with Taylor sidelined.
