Malik Willis inactive for Week 13

Fantasy Impact:
Willis is once again being relegated to emergency QB3 duties, playing behind rookie Will Levis and veteran Ryan Tannehill. Willis has only appeared in three games this season. Among the Titans' other inactives are LB Caleb Murphy, LB Trevis Gipson, DB Terrell Edmunds, and WR Kyle Philips.
