Fantasy Impact:
Thompson-Robinson remains in the league's concussion protocol, but the rookie QB was able to take part in Wednesday's practice. Cleveland coach Kevin Stefanski said he has yet to determine who will be his starting QB for Sunday's matchup with the Jaguars. Joe Flacco lined up under center in Thompson-Robinson's absence during Week 13.
