Falcons sign RB Evan Royster

The Falcons have agreed to terms with free-agent RB Evan Royster, formerly of the Redskins. The terms of the contract were not disclosed. (Vaughn McClure, ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Having played under offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan in Washington, Royster was brought in simply as a roster filler in case of longterm injuries to Tevin Coleman and Devonta Freeman, who have both had hamstring issues in camp.
