Fantasy Impact:
After revamping their RB1 spot this offseason with Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia has added youth behind him, drafting RB Will Shipley and signing Milton. The Eagles have a somewhat deep and established room, but Milton could try and fight his way onto the team's practice squad.
