Anthony Richardson (shoulder) says he is at 'about 95 percent' healthy

Fantasy Impact:
Richardson is continuing to work his way back from shoulder surgery that ended his rookie season early last year. He has been doing some work during Colts OTAs and remains on track to be fully healthy at the start of the season.
