New England Patriots rookie WR Javon Baker reportedly dealt with a thumb fracture that kept him out of minicamp and some parts of OTAs but appeared to have returned to some level of practice participation. (Andrew Callahan on Twitter)

The Patriots start training camp on Wednesday, and Baker appears to have returned to action in some capacity, as indicated by a photo posted by the Patriots on social media. Baker has a chance to find a role as an outside receiver for a New England passing attack wanting for more talent on offense.
