Rashaad Penny placed on reserve/retired list

The Carolina Panthers have placed running back Rashaad Penny on the reserve/retired list. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This move comes out of no where for Penny. The former first-round pick by the Seahawks struggled to stay healthy throughout his six years in the NFL. He had signed a deal with the Panthers earlier in the offseason.
