Fantasy Impact:
Tillman suffered the concussion in Week 12 against the Steelers and has not practiced since. He missed last week's game against the Broncos and is now in danger of missing his second straight game. Fantasy managers should consider him unlikely to play this week and look for alternative options. With Tillman sidelined, Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore are the primary receiving options for the Browns. David Njoku could also see an increase in targets.
