Nolan Smith Jr. underwent surgery on Wednesday to address his torn triceps that he suffered in the Super Bowl. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Williams suffered the injury in the win over the Chiefs and played through it in the second half. He is expected to be a full-go by the start of next season.
