“We’re going to reward Ja’Marr,” Tobin said Tuesday at the NFL Combine. Chase and the Bengals had contract discussions last offseason, but they did not end up going anywhere. Justin Jefferson is currently the highest-paid non-QB in the NFL with a $35 million average salary per season.
