Saquon Barkley inks two-year extension with Eagles

Philadelphia Eagles RB Saquon Barkley is signing a two-year extension worth $41.2 million with the organization, making him the highest-paid RB in the NFL (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Barkley was set to have two years left on his contract heading into 2025, but this new deal keeps him around through the 2028 season. He will be the first $20-million-per-year RB in the NFL (in AAV) after rushing for over 2,000 yards and setting the record for rushing yards in a single season (regular season + postseason) in 2024. The reigning fantasy RB1 in half-PPR formats will stay behind one of the best O-lines in the NFL for a little longer.
