Maliek Collins signs with Browns

Fantasy Impact:
Collins was released by the 49ers earlier this week. He quickly lands with Cleveland where he'll get $13 million guaranteed. He will take on a starting role on the Browns defensive line after they released Dalvin Tomlinson.
