Fantasy Impact:
Carr has been dealing with a shoulder injury that was likely to sideline him for the entire 2025 season. According to reports, he would need another procedure to have a chance to get his shoulder back to 100% but, at age 34, is opting to call it a career instead. The Saints' QB room now consists of second-year QB Spencer Rattler, rookie Tyler Shough, and Jake Haener. Those three figure to battle it out for the starting job in training camp, though it's possible New Orleans adds another name to the mix as well.
