Jayden Higgins signs rookie contract with Texans

Fantasy Impact:
Schefter noted that Higgins is the "first second-round pick in NFL history to have a fully guaranteed contract.” It is worth $11.7 million. The rookie out of Iowa State will compete for an immediate role opposite of Nico Collins.
