Justin Herbert, Chargers starters to play vs. Rams

Fantasy Impact:
According to Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh, "Our guys want to play. And they want the first series of the season to not be the first series of the season." This seems in line with the spirit that Harbaugh brings to the team, and after Herbert sat out the Hall of Fame Game and Week 1 of the preseason, he could be rearing to get live reps. It remains to be seen how much they play, but it will likely be no more than a few drives/the first quarter. Herbert has never played in the preseason.
