The Washington Commanders and Sam Hartman are reuniting after the former Notre Dame quarterback was waived ahead of roster cutdown day, joining the team's practice squad. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Hartman's release was procedural, as he had already been cut and re-signed by Washington in the past. He is behind veterans Marcus Mariota and Josh Johnson, who both made the initial 53-man roster.
