Fantasy Impact:
Pearsall was surprisingly absent from the team's practice on Wednesday due to some knee soreness, but he was able to make his return on Thursday and seems to be trending the right way for Week 4. Fantasy managers should keep an eye on his health and the health of Brock Purdy (toe) and Mac Jones (knee) heading into the weekend.
