Trey Palmer officially inactive for Week 4

Fantasy Impact:

Palmer was able to practice in full but was not on the injury report to close out the weekend, so he is healthy scratch for Week 4. Mason Tipton and Devaughn Vele will operate as the WR4 against the Bills.
