Joe Flacco traded to Bengals in pick swap

The Cincinnati Bengals are trading for veteran quarterback Joe Flacco. The Cleveland Browns are receiving a fifth-round pick and giving up a sixth-rounder in 2026. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Flacco being moved in a divisional trade raises some eyebrows about how Cleveland feels about its QB, already having benched him for rookie Dillon Gabriel. However, the Bengals were getting desperate with Joe Burrow out, and they had reportedly made calls across the league for a new man under center. Flacco has a 2-6 TD-INT ratio this season and has just one game with 200+ yards, but he has a chance to salvage Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins as fantasy assets with his gunslinger mentality. However, he has very little mobility at his age (40), and that could spell trouble behind Cinci's offensive line.
