Fantasy Impact:
Dalton got the start for the Panthers in Week 8 with Bryce Young (ankle) sidelined, but it looks like he picked up an injury of his own during that game. He is now listed with a thumb injury on his throwing hand and was not able to practice on Wednesday as a result. It looks like Young is trending towards reclaiming the starting job in Week 9, so it's unlikely that the veteran's status will have a notable impact for fantasy purposes.
