Daniel Jones (fibula) confirmed to start vs. Texans
by Bruno Mulé | Colts Correspondent | Fri, Nov 28th 1:58pm EST
Head coach Shane Steichen removed any lingering doubt regarding his quarterback's status, confirming that Daniel Jones will start Week 13 against the Texans despite a fibula injury. The announcement validates reports from earlier in the week indicating Jones planned to play through the pain. (Tom Pelissero)
Fantasy Impact:
Although the team stated Jones "looked good" on the practice field, video evidence from the sessions suggests his movement might be compromised. That lack of mobility could be problematic against a Houston pass rush that ranks sixth in the league in sacks and just took down Josh Allen five times last week. With his health in question against a fierce defensive front, Jones is best viewed as a risky QB2.
