View More NotesDaniel Jones has looked like 2025 Kirk Cousins through two starts as the QB28 in fantasy points per game. The arm velocity has been meh, and he's been a low aDOT point guard. Among 29 qualifying passers, he has the fourth-fewest yards per attempt, the 14th-lowest passing success rate, the second-lowest aDOT (5.98), and the ninth-highest off-target throw rate. Houston's pass defense has been dreadful after two games, but I still can't believe in Jones as anything more than a snooze-worthy QB2 this week. Houston has allowed the third-most yards per attempt, the 14th-highest passing success rate, and the seventh-most EPA per dropback.

Fantasy Impact
Jones didn't have a spectacular showing on Sunday night, but he was pretty solid and limited mistakes for Indianapolis' offense. That was almost enough for them to pick up a road win over Kansas City, but they ended up narrowly losing in overtime. The veteran quarterback shouldn't be rostered in most league formats at this point.
