Herbert underwent surgery on his non-throwing hand earlier this week, but the Changers QB is planning to play Monday night. He got in a limited practice Thursday, but reports are that Herbert needs the swelling in his hand to come down in order to play. Herbert's status should be monitored over the next couple of days, but things look positive for him at the moment.
